Purchases

All purchases from our vending machines are final at the point of sale. Machines are cashless; payments are processed by our third-party payment providers. Product availability varies by machine and location.

Hosting Agreements

If you host a Last Resort machine, a separate written hosting agreement governs the relationship. These Terms do not override that agreement.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, access it through automated means without permission, or misuse contact forms.

Intellectual Property

The Last Resort Vending name, logo, product designs, and site content are our property. You may not use them without written permission.
